We are introducing you to a small, charming house with a small plot which is for sale in the wine-growing area of Ljutomersko-Ormoške wine-growing area.  A truly unique listing without a vineyard and unnecessary grass cutting. In the urban part of the village of Kajžar and along the small village road. The construction of the house was made in 1890 as a winegrower's house, it was first renovated in 1970, and in 2010 it was renovated in detail and arranged for a comfortable stay. There is no central heating, there is a wood-burning fireplace in the living room, and there are electric radiators in the rooms. On average, 1 and a half pallets of firewood were used per person for the heating season. Hot water is obtained via the 80l boiler in the bathroom. Real estate is sold on a "sold as seen" basis. The house is fully furnished.  All property deeds are in order. The property owner asks that you make an appointment with the real estate agent for the viewing, as she wants to be informed about the planned viewing in advance!
